Join us in honoring Rabbi Marc E. Berkson on the occasion of his retirement
and support CEEBJ with an ad or Chai listing in our Tribute Book.
The Tribute Book will be shared with Gala attendees and our entire congregation.

Deadline for Tribute Book submissions is June 5, 2023.

Gala Celebration Dinner

Join us for an evening of celebration, gratitude, memories and good wishes as we honor our esteemed rabbi on the occasion of his retirement as spiritual leader of CEEBJ.  The event will be held at The Wisconsin Club Country Club. Deadline for dinner registrations is June 10.

Cost per guest is $125.

If you previously registered for the Gala Dinner, then select "No" to skip this question.
Please indicate your preferred meal option and the number of guests making each selection.
For those who require a Kosher meal, sealed Kosher meals from Deli on Crown at the Center for Jewish Life will be provided. Please indicate your preferred meal option and the number of guests making each selection.

For a business ad, provide a file with CMYK color model, 300 DPI (press quality), PDF format (fonts embedded or saved as outlines).  Send email to tribute@ceebj.org with the file attached.
