Preserve the memory of your loved ones in the Book of Remembrance.
All names that are on memorial plaques will be included in the Book of Remembrance.

Use the form below to submit and pay for your listing.
Orders cannot be accepted after Friday, September 6, 2024.

If you will be repeating all your names from last year, you will need to know the count of names.

  Note: Only count the names being remembered (In Memory Of).
Couples such as "Mr. & Mrs. Al Cohen" count as two names.

Enter the names to be remembered in the order they should appear.  If you are adding names to last year's listing, the additional names will be appended to the end of last year's names.
