Susan Cosden invites you to join her in her yearly exploration of Alan Lew's This is Real and You Are Completely Unprepared. This series is designed to deepen your experience of the entire High Holy Day experience. The book will guide us through the two-month journey from Tisha b’Av through Sukkot. Each participant should obtain the book and read the assigned chapters before each session. The sessions will be discussion-based. You are welcome to attend any of the days in September, even if you did not begin with us on August 25.

September 1: chapters 3 and 4
September 8: chapters 5 and 6
September 15: chapters 7 and 8
September 22: chapters 9 and 10
September 29: epilogue

There are no fees involved, but participants are encouraged to make a donation to Congregation Emanu-El B'ne Jeshurun if they are able.
