One of the ways that we pass down traditions is through food. So many recipes tell a story or bring up memories of family members no longer with us. Join Nicole Masters and Miles Roger in the CEEBJ kitchen as we explore Jewish baking traditions and create delicious treats for upcoming Shabbat Onegs. At this session, we will learn the history of and how to make taraleekoos, a Sephardic cookie. Bring your apron and a desire to bake. While participants will go home with a recipe and some delicious treats, most of what we will make will stay at CEEBJ to be enjoyed at an upcoming Oneg.
