Use the form below to:

  • Tell us about your guests and college-aged students who will be joining you.
  • Let us know if you need transportation to selected services.
  • Have your child(ren) attend the Children's High Holy Days Experiences
  • Reserve childcare for your child(ren).

Transportation
Please indicate when you will need transportation. Reservations are required by Wednesday, September 17 for Rosh Hashanah, and Thursday, September 25 for Kol Nidre/Yom Kippur. There is no charge for transportation.
Children's High Holy Days Experiences
For detailed information, please see the general information sheet that is included in your High Holy Days packet.

Preregistration is required to ensure there is enough staff and materials. Use the plus sign (+) to enter each child.

Teen volunteers are needed for both mornings. If your teen is interested, please have them contact Miles Roger, Director of Lifelong Learning, at mroger@ceebj.org or they may call (414) 228-7545.
Childcare
Childcare for children 5 and under will be available during Rosh Hashanah Day 1 and Yom Kippur morning services, and for 8 and under during Yom Kippur Afternoon Services. To ensure proper coverage, please indicate below which days and times each child will be in childcare. Fees are $15.00 per child, per service. Use the plus sign (+) to enter each child.
