Optional Services
Wherever the funeral service is conducted, every fee includes all the elements listed in the funeral plan under “Included Services”. In addition, some funeral homes include one or more of the “Optional Services” enumerated below. In other cases, the “Optional Services” are available at an extra cost. Fees are subject to adjustment annually.
Optional services also available:
1. Taharah (ritual washing of the body)
2. Tachrichim (burial shroud)
3. Shomrim (persons who stay with the deceased from death to burial reading Psalms and other writings)
4. Additional acknowledgement cards
5. Chairs for use during shiva
6. Coat rack for use during shiva
7. Newspaper notices
8. Additional limousine(s)
9. Military Honors, if applicable
Funeral Costs
For a current price list for all of the providers please contact the synagogue’s Clergy Office at 414-228-7545.
To receive the CEEBJ prices, you must request the CEEBJ Funeral Plan Package when speaking with a participating funeral director.
When a funeral is conducted at the synagogue, a facility usage fee of $200.00 is charged.
Consult our Executive Director about additional arrangements/charges; i.e. meal of consolation, audio recording, DVD recording, live internet streaming of service.
The Executive Director will help you with any other arrangements.
